Relesys is an employee app that makes communication, training and management of frontline workers easier than ever. Connecting teams, from HQ to the shop floor.
The Relesys brand didn’t reflect their purpose of transforming employees into winning workforces and, in a crowded market where all the players looked the same, they were struggling to stand out.
We developed a new identity positioning them as The Motivator. An energetic partner that encourages, unites and nurtures teams. Focusing on people instead of the tech, we created an identity of champions – where everyone, at every level, has their place on the podium.


There is no clearer analogy for winning than the podium, so the identity is built on this dynamic symbol. Creating a brand that is always moving, tracking, and levelling up.
Combined with a toolkit equally inspired by the world of sport. A strong wordmark, bold palette and motivational voice – fighting against the tech clichés of their competitors to put them in the lead.

A custom illustration style allows Relesys to hero frontliners. Showing workers in action and in situ.
Using playful spot illustrations and hand drawn details injects humour and personality, bringing a warmth and humanity to the brand.

Working closely with the internal team, we reimagined their entire online presence. Building a new website, creating social toolkits and extensive digital guidelines.
Handing over a winning brand the team can rally behind. Equipped for launch and beyond.
