Nory uses AI to optimise restaurants’ operations and protect their profit margins. It was built by a talented team who firmly believed that while working in hospitality might never be easy, it shouldn’t have to be so hard.

Hospitality tech is a rapidly growing sector, with lots of players offering similar, adjacent or overlapping services. Nory needed help communicating what their product is, how it’s different, and how transformative it can be.

We partnered with them across brand strategy, tone of voice, website, OOH, events, paid media and more — delivering a reimagined brand that helped them connect better with their customers, secure more funding & expand into new markets.

Our strategy ‘No Profit Lost’ puts customers’ biggest concern, their margins, front and centre. Supported by a tone of voice with a little bite – conversational, zealous and sharp – to cut through the crowded market.

The identity needed a grow-up. So we fine-tuned the core brand assets. Introducing a new, flexible colour palette and illustration style to inject personality into all brand moments.

We reimagined the entire digital experience – from content to the design of a comprehensive, dynamic website. Integrating ‘brand level’ product animations to help customers understand what Nory does at a glance. We’re providing ongoing digital support as the product evolves.

We created a set of motion principles to govern how the brand moves. Covering logo, type, image, product & illustration. Delivered as ready-to-use templates.

Nory hit the streets of London with a highly successful campaign targeted at potential customers. From a billboard at Borough Market, to bus stops and pavements outside restaurant HQs – we made their message hard to miss.

We’ve been working with the Nory team ever since launch – across socials, events, podcasts, activations… A true collaboration exploring how the brand evolves to support their growth.

Working with Lucky Dip doesn’t feel like working with an agency. They’ve had a hand in nearly everything our brand has done in the last year. We bring them a half-formed idea, usually late, and they come back with something better than what we had in our heads. I’ve worked with a lot of agencies over the years, this is the first one I’ve actually looked forward to getting on a call with.
